Return and refund policy

At Ssatika, we take great care in ensuring that every saree is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we follow a strict return policy.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color preference differences due to screen display
  • Incorrect size expectations
  • Personal dislikes after delivery

All purchases made on Ssatika are considered final.

Damaged Product Claims

Returns or replacements will only be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit, and
  • A clear unboxing/opening video is provided as proof.

The opening video must:

  • Start before the package is opened
  • Clearly show the sealed package
  • Show the damage clearly without cuts or edits

Claims without a proper opening video will not be accepted.

Claim Timeline

Any damage-related issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • The complete opening video

Approval Process

Once our team reviews and verifies the claim, we will provide a replacement if eligible. Refunds are not provided.
